ART.1: PRICES

All prices are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT where applicable.

D-FFRENT reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Products are available subject to availability, even after the order has already been placed.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, additional charges such as local VAT, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on local regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

ART.2:
PAYMENT METHODS

We accept as payment methods AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, VISA, PAYPAL, OPay, Union Pay & MasterCard, Klarna

Payments are processed through the secure system of Shopify Payments, this is a recognized and secure payment platform.

D-FFRENT acts as a normal, forward-looking and careful online intermediary.

Therefore, possible identity theft or financial theft cannot be invoked against D-FFRENT.

ARTICLE.3: RETURN AND
EXCHANGE POLICY - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For orders placed on our official D-FFRENT webshop, returns are possible within 30 days after receipt of the order.

In case of return, please contact our customer service and return the product to:

Returns are at the customer's expense and must be in the original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you provide your package with a tracking number so you know exactly where your return shipment is. Once we have received your return, our customer service department will send you an email confirmation.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a defect or manufacturing error, it will be replaced. A report of a defect or manufacturing error must be made within 48 hours of receiving the watch.

If the product is acknowledged by us as damaged or defective, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. However, please note that for returns due to dissatisfaction or other reasons, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Watches must be in unused condition for a refund to be granted. We will not accept a refund if the product shows the slightest signs of use.

We do not accept returns when:

  • The product is worn out.
  • The glass is broken.
  • The watch case or glass is scratched.
  • The straps are dirty or worn.
  • The battery has expired.
  • The watch links have been removed.
  • There is damage from careless handling, improper care, deep diving or other extreme water activities, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Returns are not accepted if the protective film of the watch has been removed.

🎁 Returns on Promotions – 3 for 2 Deal

Did you make use of our 3 for 2 deal? Then the following return conditions apply:

  • If you return 1 or 2 items, the promotion becomes invalid, and the previously free item will be charged.
    Your refund will be recalculated based on the actual value of the items you are keeping.

  • If you only return the free item, the promotion remains valid. You simply paid for the other two products.

  • If you return all 3 items, you will receive a full refund (provided all items meet our standard return conditions).

D-FFRENT watches are water-resistant, not waterproof!

ART.4: WARRANTY CLAIMS

All D-FFRENT products have a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage due to wear and tear. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

ART.5: SHIPPING

D-FFRENT is responsible for shipping orders within Europe.
The estimated delivery time is

BE/NL: 1 to 2 working days.

DE/FR: 2-5 working days

EU: 5-9 working days.

UK: 4-7 working days.

The estimated delivery time starts as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
Orders are shipped from Belgium.

International Orders

Prices on our website include VAT where applicable.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges, depending on the order value and local customs regulations.

Customers may be charged import VAT, customs duties, taxes and/or handling fees by the carrier upon delivery.

Any additional charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 6: AVAILABILITY

Our products are available while supplies last. If a product is not available, it may take up to 4 weeks before it is back in stock.

ART.7:
PRIVACY POLICY

D-FFRENT treats your personal data strictly confidential, in accordance with the Belgian Law of December 8, 1992 for the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling purchase orders and customer administration. You have the right to review and modify the data and you may oppose the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to info@d-ffrent.be. We will not give personal data to third parties and during processing, all information entered is encrypted.

OWNERSHIP

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is permitted, unless special arrangements have been made in advance according to the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use falls under counterfeiting and is considered an infringement of intellectual property rights, except with the prior consent of D-FFRENT.
