Refund policy

For orders placed on our official D-FFRENT webshop, returns are possible within 30 days after receipt of the order.

In case of return, please contact our customer service and return the product to:

Returns are at the customer's expense and must be in the original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you provide your package with a tracking number so you know exactly where your return shipment is. Once we have received your return, our customer service department will send you an email confirmation.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a defect or manufacturing error, it will be replaced. A report of a defect or manufacturing error must be made within 48 hours of receiving the watch.

If the product is acknowledged by us as damaged or defective, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. However, please note that for returns due to dissatisfaction or other reasons, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Watches must be in unused condition for a refund to be granted. We will not accept a refund if the product shows the slightest signs of use.

We do not accept returns when:

  • The product is worn out.
  • The glass is broken.
  • The watch case or glass is scratched.
  • The straps are dirty or worn.
  • The battery has expired.
  • The watch links have been removed.
  • There is damage from careless handling, improper care, deep diving or other extreme water activities, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Returns are not accepted if the protective plastic film of the watch has been removed.

Annulering van bestellingen

Bestellingen kunnen binnen 1 uur na aankoop worden geannuleerd, op voorwaarde dat de bestelling nog niet is verwerkt of verzonden. Na deze periode is annulering mogelijk niet meer mogelijk.

 

Important Note: D-FFRENT watches are water-resistant, not waterproof!
